Sorry Mark, the rocking horse is already spoken for! My granddaughters always make a b-line to it when they come down to us.
As an aside, I put copies of the Daily Mirror and the Swanage Advertiser inside it when I sealed up the "belly", so it has also become a time capsule!

Thanks Mark, a lot of it is down to a lot of patience rather than skill! You would be amazed at how many times I have made something only to scrap it and start again as it was wrong!
Thats why I prefer scratch building, as you can do that technique, whereas Bizzie is very demanding and does not suffer mistakes gladly. I take my hat to those who are producing superb models of the Bissie, only wish my eyesight was as good as it was ten years ago!!

exellent models swanrail,my dad would have loved to see the scratch built ones he used to make all kinds of wooden toys models forts etc,and he used to build ploughs and carts aswell from plans.
