Well I've been given a phone number to ring because they say they're not going to edit the issues, if you want the part you have ring and they'll send it too you, let us know when you get 138 rush. But what I dont understand, some people have completely finished the Bissy, without the missing piece, so it cant be much use :S

if its just a strip of wood then it can easily be replaced with scratch built,i,m sure i or someone else could post a fix for this ,but having not received 138 yet i cant tell

Hadn't realised tha the piece of wood was missing due to them, thought that I had mislaid mine when unpacking (frequently seem to lose or mislay parts over the 3 years).
So after a few hours fruitlessly trying to find the wood, eventually built mine from my scrap wood box, with no problems!
p.s. issues 138 thru 140 often refer to parts for which they do not seem to appear on any of their location prints..Anyone else had this problem?

I've noticed that Don,i find myself going back through the issues looking for pictures of fittings and in which issue they appeared and then finding which fret they're on.
As for the missing wood, those parts are easily made from plasticard.

Don like you I think issues 138 to 140 have been rushed out. You have to really look at the photographs then search through till you find it. In some cases even when I think its the part I am not sure.
I also did not receive any wood but have spare so I will make my own.
p.s. issues 138 thru 140 often refer to parts for which they do not seem to appear on any of their location prints..Anyone else had this problem?[/quote]

totally agree Matt &don, its very confusing& frustrating having to search back when some of these parts could have been put on earlier, should have been thought out better
