Thanks for the comments lads and yes Mark, i think I am hooked.. What does surprise me though is just how long it takes - even with a reasonably small project like this.

aarrgg, looking at this made me dig out my Pandora which I started a few years ago and lost interest in. Gordon has rekindled my interest big time, I got the hull planked out now. days and days of sanding ahead.
