Hi All!
I have been collecting my issues (up to 31 now) and have finally decided to start my build. this is my first large scale ship and im very excited about it. This site appears to have a huge amount of information so should be very usefull. I look forward to getting to know some of you & contributing as much as i can.
regards, Richo.

Hi Richo, and welcome to the forum. Warrandyte (Melbourne area) here.
I am not building the Bismarck, but scratchbuilding the French WWII battleship Richelieu - my first ever model. And I have got heaps of information from this forum. Great bunch of people and extremely helpful.
I'm sure you will enjoy your build.
BTW, I used to spend quite a lot of time in Adelaide back when I was in business. Nice town and nice people.

Was doing a crossword last night: a clue was - Capital of South Australia. Got it! (even though some of my ancestors are from NSW).
