Reckon you've got the hang of it already Matt !! Looking good. I reckon the hull will look perfect whenit has a final coat of paint !!

Thanks Mark and skyfire. I decided after the prime coat to give it another sanding and then fill where required. A little sanding now required then hope I should be back to the prime stage.

Excellent work Matt, did you scratch make your own prop-shaft housings?

Well done Matt, like Eric I noticed your rather fine prop-housings too, such a bore that Amati/Hachette, Joda fashion, have applied some rather eccentric ass-backwards logic to this build...break us a bloody give! David

Yes Eric I built my own. At the hull end I used a dowel drilled out to take the metal shafts. I also drilled out a dowel to take the A frame and supports plus the metal shaft. This was all lined up and fixed into small holes drilled into part D. When this was completed back to the dowel that was at the hull end. This was then filled in underneath with scrap wood the measurements for the dowel and frames all taken from the book.I was not looking forward to doing all this but in the end it turned out better than I could have hoped. Fitting 3 props this end like Markus setup. Part D already drilled and all props have been fitted and them removed for painting.
