Looking good. Have you had any problems with the gears meshing. My big Sun gear turns about 350 degrees, then sticks for about 10 degrees. It's not bad, just a bit tight.

I had a similar problem at the start which seemed to be due to holding the gear tightly down against the frame when tightening the grub screw, so that there was little/no play on the shaft. I loosened the grub screw and eased the gear up a smidgeon and on retightening, the gear run fairly smoothly all the way round.

Yes, all is complete and set up according to the instructions. I have taken photos (including in the dark with the sun lit up, although it is difficult to see it well on a photo) and will post these shortly - I am still busy with the new workshop, we are fitting the 15 spotlights to properly light all the work areas, the sink with hot and cold water in the winery is fitted. The beech effect floor boards are purchased, ready to lay down.
