That sounds like a good price Markus - is it as much as you wanted (but I still bet it's hard to let it go !)

spent almost 2000 euro into this model, but you never get the real value as you spend hundreds of hours for building.... yesterday i found myself staring at the model, thinking 'hey, what the hell have i done...?' it hurts to see her go, but i have no other choice, except for not-building the 1:144 including loss of 100 euro deposit... anyway, just sitting in a 'biergarten' with my notebook somewhere in magdeburg (former east germany) and having some beers cheers ;D markus

SHE'S GONE... the guy came from bavaria, hundreds of miles away he told me that she's gonna be a gift for his father which is a great fan of WW2 warships... she won't see any water again - she'll be displayed in a showcase from now on markus

Maybe when they see the main and secondary armament as well as the rudders work with r/c they'll try it in some water.
Good luck with the 1:144 - when does it arrive?

If your Bissie is now to be dry-docked permenantly, did you take out any of the R/C equipment? Seems a shame for it all to sit in a static ship!
I hope you put up a build diary of your new Bissie!
