I visited John today, and he looks better than he did last time. However, he's still got another 6 weeks before he's likely to go home, which he's not best pleased about. He's not got access to the internet either, which he's also not best pleased about.
He asked me to thanks everybody for the cards, letters, good wishes and the book that he's been sent. They mean a lot to him.

I had a message from him, he hadn't been very well for a while, but is better now. Unfortunately I can't access Facebook at the moment to communicate with him. He's going to be stuck in hospital for another few weeks yet. I think he's still getting notifications of facebook messages even if he can't post a reply.

hi everyone, at last after 12 weeks im back home, thanks for all your thoughts and wishes, cards and letters. its great being home, even though its only for a short while as i have to go back for my transplant. i have the lanc up to issue 10 and just received 1,2 and 3 from the victory, i cant wait to get started on them. its a strange feeling trying to settle back in to family life.my back {moddelling} room is a mesh and full of medical gear. i have i central line going into my heart and have to hook up to an infusion pump for 14 hours a day.once i settle in proper i can start on models again, yapeeeee. thanks guys jc

Nothing better than being back home... even if your den is a total mess. Have a nice recovery among your family, John.
