Not necessary, There is also Cruithne and I do not know if J002E3 was ever accepted as the third natural satellite.

Don't forget about ISS. It is orbiting earth, although a bit closer than the moon and a LOT smaller.

Not natural I agree with you there. But very bright and a nice sight when viewed with the naked eye. Even better through binocs and telescope.
