Well ive took the plunge and between the kind people on this forum, ebay and the publisher ive now managed to get hold of the first 66 parts except for parts 16 and 18 which i havent been able to get yet. Im not sure what part we are upto in the uk but the publisher has allowed me to take a subscription from part 77 which is good. So now to start building and i cant wait.

welcome aboard Froggy, many UK builders still stuck in the 80s listening to Blondie, Van Halen and the like and sometimes we go put a piece on our Bismarck, ain't that right Mark ;D

I like the (true) story of Alice Cooper (complete with some make-up) being in a cinema years ago with his friend Linda Blair (from "The Exorcist" - maybe they were even watching "The Exorcist"). People in the row in front were talking, so Alice asked them to stay quiet. The people in front turned around to tell Alice and Linda to mind their own business - then saw Alice, and Linda growled "Shut up". They did.
(As confirmed by Alice Cooper in an interview with Mark Kermode on the Simon Mayo show on BBC Radio Five)

I saw Alice Cooper a few years ago - awesome concert - wicked stage show and great music. I couldn't hear anything for a week afterwards !! I'm actually still stuck in the 70's - listening to The Who, Led Zep, ELO & Kate Bush

Sorry Mark, having little ones and work leave no time for modelling these days as you know, Cooper is playing Plymouth in December, feel like going?

Love to, but it's a long way from Walton. Fine driving to the gig, but at the end everybody is temporarily brain dead (or at least stunned) so getting home might be challenging

Walton?
Hang on to that thought, B and Bs in Brixham are cheap as chips that time of year.
