We went to the Exeter Model Boat Club Open Day yesterday and look what was down the way from us...not sure of the scale, comes up about a foot longer than 1/200. ....i'll post a few more later, have to take the wolf out. ;D

The bridge wings look more like those on the Tirpitz but the superstructure looks more like the Bismarck.

Looks like a prebuilt out of china,mabie an ark model upgrade. there are lots of them into it now. Tanus

I must admit, I like this paint scheme too. Will definitely have a go at it. Will be a challenge worthy of attempting If not successful, I will just spray it out.

There is a model of Bismarck much the same as the one in the photos in Eden camp yorkshire, looks good from a distance but no detail. Eden camp is worth going to. mike

.... look what was down the way from us...not sure of the scale, comes up about a foot longer than 1/200. It sounds like the scale could be either 1/150 (165cm) or 1/144 (175cm)

the overall impression is very good,but as others have stated, not a lot of detail. still a pleasing model. ( if you half close your eyes)

I bet it's not that hard to russel one up. Get some of those chrome wardrobe bars from B&Q, a sheet or two of 10mm or so thick acrylic from an engineering supplies shop and away you go.
