just put a bid in for 200 hundred notes and it didnt meet the reserve price.Like he said,its a scratch build and you can be way out of your depth or prepared to work on it for a year or two and end up with a very nice model. Fleetscale do give you a warning before you buy so if the lad is stuck with 800 quids worth of plastic its his own daft fault. I would guess his reserve will be £500ish and if it gets advertised well enough he'll get most of his money back.Its a pity he doesnt seek a bit of help and goes for it.

....yeah no doubt, they are great kits but you have to have the intiative and technical ability to work at that level, they also do the new Type 45

Its gone for £460 what a bargain someones got there! I'd have bid for it myself but i've got a 1/72 scale type 22 coming soon and the wife will only put up with so much!!

What a brilliant idea, my Fleetscale Yamato (9ft) is longer than my bath !! I was going to buy an inflattable 10ft paddling pool to trial my finished Bissie, but the inside of the Yamato would be perfect, I can almost do full speed trials in her.
