Hi Sky, The anchors look very much like Hall type anchors. Here are some drawings in respect to Bismarck's anchors Hope this helps you.

Looks like the 341.1 Hall Anchor 18mm by graupner is the closest I have found so far in metal anchors to what they supply in plastic for the large anchors.
The supplied plastic anchors are:- Large ones are 18mm long by 17mm wide. Small ones are 14mm long by 9mm wide.

Hi Sky
For what its worth, here's my twopence worth
Before you consider the metal anchors, the plastic ones supplied are pretty accurate - and of reasonable quality They will be painted grey, so metal will not necessarily be any advantage.
To the sites you posted I had a quick look and make the following suggestions
Aeronaut - no Amati - no Caldercraft - no Graupner - no Krick - can't see what the front looks like but a possible yes Mantua 31230 series is the closest
Baz
ps - there are some great photos of the anchors on most Bissie web sites, so you can compare actuals in detail

Mantua 31230 series is the closest - 1 problem it's 10mm too long. 31230 Hall Anchor 28mm Type 3 Metal Hall Anchor 28mm Type 3 The bigger of the 2 lots are only 18mm long!!!
