Hi Viking, you cannot link a picture, which is on your local PC. You must link it from an external server or something simular: This is a Test: Perfekt. (IMG) ....location and flile name (/IMG) is correct (but please replace the round brackets by the ones woth "corners" Cheers Paul

You can upload your photos to www.photobucket.com or another of the many photo sharing web services. Then you can get them to display on here. The code will look something like [ img ]http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e198/neuhaus9999/Hood/DSC_0059a.jpg[ /img ] except that there shouldn't be any spaces inside the square brackets. Photobucket display the code next to the photo.

Well Done!! Looks good My only piece of advice would be to keep your 'lacky bands close to or better ON the ribs so they cant put a bend on your planks.

Well done Chill!! One tip for you, you don't have to type in the whole image code yourself, just go down to IMG CODE at the photobucket picture you want to use and left click on it, it will say "COPIED", then go to your message here and then click the right mouse button and press "copy" and then the whole picture code should appear!! I keep photobucket running during this, and just click on the bar at the bottom of the screen to go between the forum and photobucket, usfull when doing more than one image, makes life a bit easier!!

Thank you Mark. The one good thing about being on the tail end down here in Australia is that we can learn from you builders on the leading edge! I have been to all the sites on the Net and tried to incorporate all of the good points about construction, and to eliminate problems other builders have encountered. I have given my Bismarck a keel plus extra strengthening gussets to try and avoid bending of the structure which a few builders have encountered. I am building the three engine version. To the design provided by Markus. What an asset Markus is to the Forum, he sets a very standard of workmanship and generosity in sharing his design ideas with his fellow modelers. We must all thank you Mark for the obvious effort and hours of work required to make the Forum work, which all us probably take for granted.

I'm going to guess that Gannetweb doesn't allow hot linking, which is what we do here. Photobucket works fine though
