I personally use Araldite, the slow setting one. Here locally only available in twin tubes which feed out the correct mix automatically, can also be bought in seperate tubes. Note the the slow one takes about 4 hours to set partially and 24 hours completely. The quick setting version comes down to about 20 mins but is not so strong.

I think any epoxy will do...
I usually use epoxy from Bison, because it's really easy to get at any DIY store... it does set rather quickly though... if you really need quality stuff, you could check your local hobby shop ( why do they call it local by the way?! my 'local' shop is 30 minutes away!), they will most likely carry Z-Poxy, really good stuff but rather expensive I think...

Just in case any of you are worried, epoxy can be cured. David (sorry!)

Hello peeps Iv used Araldite resin and hardener in equal parts and its supposed to go off in 24h,but iv noticed that its still a bit tacky to the touch. I did add a bit more hardener than the resin Will it be ok to leave or should i try removing the resin part or leave alone cheers paul

My thoughts would to leave it a while longer and see what happens then. As the Araldite could be set hard in the middle underneath the Resin part D, and if you try to remove it you could find parts of your hull still attached....

If it stll sticky, my thoughts are maybe to wipe off any access with a cotton bud or similar and fill in accordingly. No More Nails Maybe.

Lol. You don't have to sniff the stuff I'm using (Wickes) cuz it stinks the whole room out when you use it.
