yes, especially british battlecruisers, which seem to have had an unfortunate habit of hitting the sea floor, usually after hitting the stratosphere!

by all accounts, it wasn't so much the ships that were the problem, just the way they were used. They were never supposed to engage ships with big guns in a ding dong stand up slug fest, Beatty was supposed to run away bravely and whistle up the grand fleet to pound the enemy to bits.
Jackie Fisher must have been beside himself at the way his ships were miss-used. One mistake can cause and accident, but it takes several to cause a catastrophe, and I think that applies to our battlecruisers, including the poor Hood.

rang hac. last nite and according to the idiot i spoke to it's going to run for the full 120 iss.! so fingers crossed? went into smiths yesterday (wh) and they had loads in? free gifts iss 3 with 2, sand pad, mag. glass, action cutter kit, cutt kit part 2. it looks like they've used new stuff from the wreck to make her better?

Im not that uneasy about mine (well just a tad) as I am modifying as I go along with the hints and tips from this site. But hey in five or so years time this model will be re-released.
