servos finally mounted, it's just standard servos (unmodified) wired in parallel 3 of them will have to be reversed, also the plug/socket system is still to be done..

Oh, FANTASTIC!
It'll look even better once you get the gun barrels!

Well done Markus. Can you show us the topside without the gun turrets but with the servos fitted, and also please the mods that are necessary to the frames? Your model is certainly coming alive now, just wish those pesky gun barrels would show up!!!

looks very good! I'm very tempted to try this for my own build, but the cost still worries me a bit.
Someone in my flying club orders RC parts from hong kong very cheaply, so I think I might give him a tap on the shoulder next time I see him ;D
One thing I'm still wondering about though: the decking is printed/laseretched, but on some paintschemes there were markings on the bow and stern deck, if I would paint these on, would the deck planks still be visible?
Maybe I'll try to paint with some sort of transparent paint which appears to be a solid colour but still slightly shows the original etched/printed planks..

I'm even tempted to do it, along with the 15" guns. Would a geard drive work

I'm even tempted to do it, along with the 15" guns. Would a geard drive work a geared drive would work, too if you use a mini esc instead of that servo slowing module. note that microswitches are essential then, otherwise you might damage turret or superstructure markus

you could also use a standard sized servo (or geared drive) like this:

Looks very good Markus. very impressed. Looks like another mod required here. Hope you are not working on the radar turning and the catapult working or I will have to get a bigger radio set Ha!
