That's looking really great Griffin. Was the inside of the cockpit really that blue, or is it a trick of the light.
My better half is funny, she moans if I spend too much time on them, and moans like crazy if I start modelling in the lounge (that's what coffee tables are meant for isn't it ?) but thinks the results are very impressive. When it comes to buying models, you just have to pick a time when she's in a good mood (usually if she's got a pair of new shoes in the shopping bag LOL)

Thats one hell of a sexy look Spitfire.
I used to use Olive Drab for the inside of cockpits, it all depends on what mark of Spitfire there was a number of colurs used through out the war.
I'll try and dig out my course work on the history of aircratf painting and camo design.

Very nice Griffin. She certainly looks like she's been through the wars. Great weathering.

A merchant type website I will have to have a think about as there is multiple ways of doing it. May need a secure connection, all depends on how you want people to pay for things.

Hi,
I don't know if you know about it skyfire or griffin but I have found a very handy website builder called Joomla.org. Basically I have found a template I like and am modifing it for my website portfolio. They have tons of templates and the interface is easy to understand and if you know CSS etc then you'll find it a breeze.
