while browsing the link of NM, i noticed another nice link www.hobby.schiffsmodellbau-marco.de/it looks like it the guy is building the ship in the basement in one piece, how does he get to the lake i wonder greetz Paul

the second website shows an absolute marvel of scratch- building however on examining the pics, the facilities and equipment the guy has suggest he is a professional, i am not detracting from his obvious skill and ability. but I think most of us are building ours on the kitchen table. (I certainly am, and after a few hours working on it everything has to be tidied so we can munch.)

I was building mine on the dining room table, annoyed my parents so I've been banished to my cramped desk in my room lol, My tech teacher at college has said I can use the tech room though so I shall be moving in there soon so to speak haha

Mine is getting built on the dining room table and only has to be cleared if we actually decide to use the table, which I think won't be until christmas dinner. Have a few weeks more it can stay there.

Seeing the model on the second link made me realise just how much detail we still need to fit our model, with only about 30 issues to go!! Also jealous of his portholes, with the covers looking as if they would work!!! Very nice job he is doing.
