Try also ebay in Germany, France and the Netherlands, using for these sites the words "Bismarck Hachette" in the search field.
Your best luck to get earlier issues may come from the Dutches as they started the build not long ago, I assume.
Although you didn't say where you're from, if you live in North America, I know it is available in French Canada...
If it may help, I still have copies of issues #4, 5.
