Erm...er...well...er...
Slowly, got have a dozen issues to catch up on, had to get a 12BA Tap for the coupling Rods there was on on E-bay but I got out bid luckly we have just got one down the jet so will borrow it or take the parts down.
Really must catch up on it.

The pictures of your choo-choo train makes me feel to regret somehow not having this partwork distributed on this side of the Channel, Nick. Looks quite nice, indeed and would look great with my Scottish lead soldiers collection! Now, there is a "Flying Scotsman," a "Flying Dutchman"... Wonder what could be a "Flying Frenchman?" A go-cart, maybe? ;D Nice work. Robert "...pilot of that experimental 1950's (?) jet aircraft where the pilot sits (or lies?) bolted into the transparent nose of the aircraft... At last, something that really flew!

I have in my mind the pilot of that experimental 1950's (?) jet aircraft where the pilot sits (or lies?) bolted into the transparent nose of the aircraft, with the jet intake all around him just behind his shoulders. It's years since I have seen it - I might revisit when I'm in Paris in about ten days.

HI Southendnick Im building flyingscotsman aswell To many cockups on this model take out window frames to fit rivits shorten chassie,now got to remove bogie splashers and grind out arches to stop bogie wheels fouling wish i never started but i did so i will finish it
