G'day again,
Thought I'd re intro myself.... again lol
Seems the months from Late september through to now are so busy i never get a chance to contribute here or in fact do much work on my ship, so I thought I'd drop a line and let everyone know I wasn't lost at sea and am still building away happily.... although fixing the railings to the gun control posts is driving me insane.... had a few goes and it isn't happening yet...put em aside for a bit and moved on...
Been looking through the build diaries, seems like eveyone is doing well and enjoying their respective builds... keep up the good work... will have to get my behind in gear and put up a diary myself.
Have been scouring the net for info on paint colours and have come up with a list of RAL paint no's and respective matches in hobby paints... without having read through the entire forum i don't know if this info has been already posted so if you let me know I'll post what I have in the paint section..

The right colours?
It has been argued somewhere here that the real colours are wrong, in that the original colours don't look right on a scale model - they're too strong. The question then arises: are the colours sold by model shops lightened down for scale models, or do the modelmakers have to do it themselves? (Answer: I don't know!).
Whatever you do for your own model will be right, but have a think before you commit.

The right colours could be any of the colours that the builder thinks are right for the Bismarck.
It's all in the eye of the Beholder. ;D
