Just realised that I have committed a cardinal sin by not putting a scale marker (match) on my picture. Sorry for that, so have now updated my photo: Ref the dog, he is one of two, did have three but lost one last year. They jealusly guard the railway for me, chasing off unwanted guests!!!

Hi Mike, I normally work on Harmans Cross station between 11am and 3.30 pm on Wednesdays. If you come down then, we will be running two train running that day (we have had to increase the number of trains as we are now getting twice the number of passengers we normally get due to the recession - people cannot afford to go abroad!. You can get off at our station and then catch the next one some 40 mins later if you wish, we have very nice picnic tables! (just visible between the waiting room and the signal box in 3rd picture), and we do have a kettle!. You are very welcome!! ;D

Mike, if you can decide what train you will catch and what time at HX station, will look out for you. I will be the scruffy individual in a green boiler suit and hi vis vest adjacent to the signal box. Seem to have mislaid the match, else could have waved it in the air! ;D p.s. as you will probably guess going by the match, our railway is actually NN gauge and not full scale!!!

Thats the 1 I boarded the train at, (on it's run back to Swanage) when I was runing late for the return journey when I went on it in 2007. I went from Swanage to Norden park and ride and back after walking round Corfe Castle.
