I have questions three to ask you, not two, not four but three: 1- getting problems in finding thin metallic plates to create or replace your photoetched parts? 2- what is your favorite color? 3- is there a printing shop nearby your home?
If you can answer by "yes" to two of the five, no three, questions, then your problems are solved, my lords. Just go to your printer's shop and ask him if he can give you away one of his old offset plates he used for printing. Normally, they are 0.15mm thick. He should be just a bit intrigued by the demand but delighted in helping, just like mine was.
How come, working with printers for so many years, the idea didn't strike me sooner? Anyway, I can now cross the Bridge of Death without fear.

Thanks. nm took me a while to find it, been a while since I last spotted it, but here it is www.propellor.tv/HOME.htmlsome of the sweet goodness: he painted the cockpit with a light green primer, then with the final colours, and rubbed it down again with steel wool. awesome
