Great site glad I found it. ok I guess ill get lots of jokes but I'm a kiwi living up in Tropical Cairns in Australia. Havent started building yet only up to issue 20. Also have all issues of titanic but again havent started the build yet. Never really made any models before and it looks a hard road ahead But hopefully I will be inspired to start soon. Looking at some of the reader models and they look great. hope mine turns out half as good. Cheers Dave

Welcome on board drj, I spent a few months up in Cairns back in '89, do they still have the Pedicabs there? I worked on them while I was there. Damn hard work it was too, from 6 at night to 6 in the morning 4 days a week, then off to Grafton street and the nightclub on it!
Good times.

Hi Dave, Welcome to the club. It's not half as hard as you think it might be. Plently of advice to be had on the forum. Plenty of fun here too

Mark:
Looking again through your Titanic site. Is the model with you in SK or back in the UK?

Hi NM, It's back in the UK, hence I haven't been able to do anything to it for ages.

Hi Dave, welcome aboard too. Mark forgot to warn you about some of the mad characters we have, but it does help to take your mind off the boring bits!!!
