When it came to position the cranes I found ot that when I had assembled the cranes, ie, I followed the instructions as given as regards to the hight of the top of the jib from deck level, BUT, I did not glue the bottom end of the jib in the correct place, I glued it just about 3mm below the top of the crane body, not a great distance, I know, but enough to stop the top of the jibs reaching the parts 1157/1159 as Page 322 step89, So after dissmantlig the jib, I found it easier to find the correct position for gluing the jib in it's correct position was by holding the crane body in it's place on the deck, and locating the jib so that it is in contact with the part 1157. or 1159, whichever side you are working on.
But there again you would have to be a novice like myself to get unstuck in the first place!!
