The gap you show seems to be the same on all models. Probably a slight inaccuracy in the design. See my model build page 21 www.buildthebismarck.co.uk/021.htmI would guess (and it is a guess) that you have a slight bend in the hull. If so, it's impossible to correct now the hull is planked. You can check this. Mark a centre line down the decks. Do this by measuring the width at several places and divide by 2, and use the measurement to mark the centre. Join up the dots to get a centre line of the decks. Now place the decks on the hull and stretch a piece of string (cotton ?) from bow to stern, and see how far off the hull centre line the decks are. If you have the printed deck pieces, try placing them on the deck, while mounted on the hull and see if you can get them to line up minimising any gaps. If the worst comes to the worst, you may have to buy another issue with some decking and use that to make small pieces to fill in any gaps. It looks like a fairly small error, so shouldn't be noticable on the finished model.

Hi Guys, what did you do to correct the problem?, should I sand down the part that is protuting out of the right side? or should I stick a piece to the rear deck area and sand it to follow the line of the Middle deck.

I put a 'filler' piece in the deck.

I'd sand down and/or add a filler piece to match the hull. Definitely fill in the gap wiht a scrap of wood. Be prepared to juggle with the thin deck covering (the 'teak planking') when you get that far to get a perfect fit.
