hachette appear to have left the building, no matter how many times I try to email them it bounces back. methinks the advertising standards agency needs to have a word.

Hi As you can see I'm new to the forum, and to partworks. However since subscribing to HMS Hood I have been keeping an eye open on the discussion here regarding whether Deagostini are continuing with HMS Hood or not. So I was quite relieved yesterday when the postman turned up with issues 4 & 5 (plus my free binder). There was no note to say the series is not carrying on beyond this. Maybe they have just reached a critical mass of subscibers which makes it worthwhile to continue? On a side note to Tonyhood, I agree that parts 12 are too short, so I guess we'll just have to somehow work around errors like this - provided they are minor, and rare ! (this is of course assuming we have not made some obscure error in construction, but their instructions seemed pretty clear, so I think not).

I received issues 1through4 from deagostini with a note saying they are postponing Hood due to quality issues, plus a prepaid card offering issue 5 free if and when they decide to resume. Hachette appear to have left the building. no response to any e-mails.

I would not waist my time with de-agostini. Hachette are much better. Martin
