For any South Africans out there, The BKB (farmers co-operative store) sells scalpels and blades. The blades are surgical quality, sterilised and dirt cheap! The handles are approx R11.50 and a 10 blade pack is also R11.50, this is the equivalent of less than £1.00 per set !!!
For you guys overseas, check out the farmers co-operatives.
