I suppose this Is for the new builders amongst us, I found that the easiest way to get the laser cut pieces out of the wood is to use my Atlas Super Saw. Its really handy and then If you cut towards the side if the part it doesnt take much sanding at all. Hope this helps someone.

In the absence of this kit - i cut from both sides with a stanley knife

I'd like to know what an Atlas supersaw is - I too just use a knife.

Here you go guys it was not real expensive at all. And the blade bends and flexes and is thin eneough to fit between the laser cut
