Nice one, Viking. Amazing how the simplest tips are the best, and so obvious, they are not thought of!

Right - not sure if I can post this bit here - byt hey hum. I know Ive posted this somewhere else - but my brain aint working today, but where can i get 'large' bottles of super glue. As the small bottles that I have found will be too expensive for me to keep buying.

I think so but not 100% sure, as they have changed manufacturers since I got some. I notice Maplins sell Thick, Medium and Thin.

I think thin may be best suited to stick the brass on to the superstructure .

I agree with sticking the brass flat.
But what about using some thicker glue on some doors to make them look ajar.
