Here is a copy of the leaflet with details of Hachette's RC gear. Hachette advise that a 6 volt 4.5ah Battery & Charger will also be included. www.buildthebismarck.co.uk/bismarckoffer.pdf(Posted with permission from Hachette)

Thanks Mark, The kits seems reasonable, however I do not see a battery or charger mentioned in the offer. Also they say there isnt the space for three motors true unless you do the conversion offered by Marcus. Otherwise price is excellent if you add up cost of bits from other suppliers.

A 6v 4.5ah Battery and Charger are supplied within this pack, a call to customer services has confirmed this, so yeah it is good value for money

It looks as if the rudders are set in a diferent position, closer to the props, than in the static version. would that be to help the rudders turn the model better? Or am I just looking at it wrong.

No, Your right Eric. The props are in a different position too. All to do with makeing the model handle well.

my biggest problem with the Hachette outfit is the horrendous rudder assembly, I would not be happy knowing it was so out of place. If I can, I shall be going for Markus' two prop rig, this will let me use proper scale rudders in the proper position, (assuming I understood him correctly!)
