I think he means which part of the top structure on the Bismarck is being built. Is it the bridge or the middle of the boats superstructure

right now, we are building the middle section of the superstructure. Means, the part below the bridge and the section behind it, towards stern.

if u check the stern photos of the bismarck theres something sticking out on the stern near the top deck? could be arear anchour?

Hi Chris,
yes there is an anchor at the stern. However, the position of it in the resin part provided by Amati is wrong. It should be higher. We are still working on this problem. Some suggest to close it with suitable filler and to make a new hole for the anchor, a little higher, approx. 0,5 cm towards the deck.

I see the superstructure is starting to progress nicely now. What do they say about filling the grain or sealing the wood, to stop the grain showing through the paint ?

Ah well, It's not the hardest problem in the world to fix. We'll just have to remember to tackle it before we start fixing the superstructure to the deck.
