I have a plan - I'll see if I can convert the thread to a PDF file, which people can download if they wish. Failing that I'll see if I can download the page and re-upload it to my own site. One of the plans should work.

Ouch....... Yes Mark, it would be fantastic if we could preserve the complete build with piccies.
Seems strange Poul I have 434 images on photobucket in 'jpg' format most at 1024 pixel width and have only used 6% of my allotted space.

Eric, You can be pretty proud of your Bissy yourself. I have rarely seen a model so clean and neat as yours. I know that you cannot compare a kit to a scratchbuild, but what you are doing is impressive, top class, and a joy to watch

Hi Baz,
As I mentioned to Sky earlier this morning, it is not about running out of Photobucket space in any way.
But if I am having troubles finding a picture when I need it, then I have to reorganise everything in such a way, that I can. That's unfortunately my problem.

One of the plans should work. Hi Mark, I have just checked about the pictures in this build diary. Those in danger of disappearing are up to post #333 and only accounts for around 85 pictures. Not too bad, so I'll just take it easy and modify the posts one by one with proper new image references. I tried for fun to copy the whole thread into a Word document and convert to PDF format .... a stunning 22.6MB. The Word document itself was actually around 5MB smaller. Understand that who can At least I can now cross check with the PDF file ;D

Richelieu was launched on Saturday, and I had a great day together with Baz. He gave me a beautiful reproduction of one of his paintings of a clipper (I think), the Carnarvon Bay, which wrecked off King Island in 1910. We had nice mild weather, plenty of food and drink, but the dancing girls couldn't come as they were busy entertaining a certain penguin ;D I just managed to finish the display case in time for the launch, but I'll have to make a new acrylic case as I was a bit too generous with the CA glue Baz showed me his Bissy, and I must admit that the details on the model are outstanding - and his mods are excellent (a true scratchbuilder in the making). Baz also took some pictures on the day and promised to post them later.

The Richelieu Launch Party – Poul’s residence, Warrandyte Saturday 5 December Rokeby – weather overcast, warmish day . Decided to take the scenic route to Poul's as I was eager to get on the road Estimated time of travel – 2 hours Left Rokeby at 11:00 am-ish, headed north, turned left when I reach the forest and headed west. Turned left and south when I re-arrived at semi suburbia and crossed my fingers I could read a map and drive at the same time Poul lives in a beautiful hilly suburb where the native vegetation (big trees included) and fauna has been left greatly unspoiled, giving occupants the combined feeling of seclusion & country. I arrived after a 1 hour 40 minute trip and of course headed straight for a look at Poul’s “Richelieu”. I was amazed at the detail and beautifully crisp appearance of the ship. No photos can do it justice. The model is an absolute delight and Paul should be rightly proud of the superb workmanship.Poul had been preparing for the feast all morning and probably the previous day too, as the food kept appearing. An absolutely lovely afternoon of food, wine (beer too) and conversation. Thank you so much Poul Of course, as with all get togethers, the time goes by in a flash. Most of the guests had left and tail end Bazza, was counting down the hours to his graveyard shift, but a common ground discussion always tends to glue one to the seat. It was very late in the afternoon when I realized I had taken no photo’s, so please excuse the quality. A couple of piccies of the exquisite lady. The builder Bazza’s little thank you as Poul supplied everything else Not much left on the table now See, lots left over still, everyone was very well behaved. Thank you again Poul for a fantastic day Ps – the scenic jaunt home was out, so the 100km motorway option almost all the way from Poul’s to my doorstep took just over an hour Baz
