ECCA, That is ( sorry guys), but that is the best hullwork listed on the forum. Gee this really is exciting being part of this forum. I have never been a part of doing the exact same thing with a group of friendly crazys from all around the world and talking to them at all hours of the day or night, and getting excited over their acheivements. Take for instance your hull photos, everyone has looked at them and gone...WOW, and told you so. How exciting is that? With todays uncertain world, don't all of you think that this is the epitome of .............
I had a number words to finish that sentence but how about you lot adding your ending......
Great work eric, i am severely impressed. Congratulations BOB

Thanks Bob, but looking round the build pics here I feel I am just one of many superb builds (your included) and am truly honoured to be among them.
I know that it is because of this forum that I have accomplished what I have, the great advice, tips and desire to match what I see being build the world over.
And YES, it give you a great sense of satisfaction to be a part of it all!!!

Ecca, Just one thing.....who/what/ where can I find measurements for the foredeck cut etc?

You mean the modification for cutting the foredeck at the breakwater?
Don has that covered nicely in his Modifications section, in the Queries and Commentes thread.
Many of us have bought the 'Bismarck, Anatomy of a Ship' book, which gives excellent detailed drawings.
I have'nt done that mod yet, but I will later on.
It would be a good thing for you to do it early on, as it would be much easier that the late stage we are at here.

Yes, i have held off for awhile I have not planked or decked. I am not using the thick planks in the center decking ....I am replacing it with ply and only the rear section is glued together. Thanks for the advice. My build shows the pics.

Eric, This build is up there with the very best and I wish had the skill to attempt the mods that you, and many others, have done. I have, more or less, stuck with the instructions and it shows. You are obviously busy with two builds on the go.. Keep up the good work.

Looking mighty fine mate! You would think after all these builds you have on the go your missus might get you your own table or bench. Suppose when were abit older will graduate to our own model room or shed! Keep up the great work, your an inspiration to us all. Robert
