Lovely work on the brass Eric. I'm interested to know what type of superglue you used, thick, thin or regular bog standard; brush or needle etc? David

Yep, Afkmatrix, it is the thin glue I'm using, and it works very well, capiliary action draws the glue along the join very nicely.
The only difference is I'm not using a needle to apply, i have been using a wafer thin sliver of plank dipped into the glue (pooled in a small holder) and then touched onto the join.
I am pleased with it so far, but was quite suprised at the photos, the white reside on the hanger doors is excess glue, it's invisible to the naked eye...I guess the flash shows it up! It's not a problem, it will disapear behind paint. (I hope!)
I used gel superglue to put the hanger door from issue 57 on the superstructure, the thin CA would not be good there, I think.
I have thin, medium and gel CA, and will use which ever is best for individual jobs.

Looks OK Eric, that decking is going to be good enough I reckon. Look even better and more subdued when you paint the side walls and fit all the deck fittings.

Looking amazing mate! The only thing that comes to mind is the scene from Wayne's World when they meet Alice Cooper and say, 'Were not worthy'. Hopefully I can pick up a few tips in August.
