No wonder it took a while to fit out the original.

wonder how they're gonna explain how to do the rigging, since the rigging on warships is usually very complex.... I also wonder how they're going to do the railings, no word has been spoken on that either.... the model will turn out great though, much better than the titanic, glad I started this model! ;D just 103 more weeks

There's a lot of detail going on the model. It's gonna look fantastic when it's finished.

Very nice looking and finely built, Markus.
I suspect some French underground deliberately caused inteference to transmissions as my Schnellboot did the Swordfishes' job to torpedo the Bismarck lately!

Very nice looking and finely built, Markus. I suspect some French underground deliberately caused inteference to transmissions as my Schnellboot did the Swordfishes' job to torpedo the Bismarck lately! ;D ;D ;D ...my problem is having more hobbies than time so my bissy will take months to finish, especially as the last few issues take lots of time to build "......now take part XXX from brass sheet XXX which was delivered with issue 65...." markus

Which then become the Model Builders Award or some other title. Ideas anyone, in another thread, I think.

Looks good Markus. I hope mine looks half as good as your Bissy.
The way my build is going the guys from the other side of the world will finish before me.

The way my build is going the guys from the other side of the world will finish before me. ...and if you care to look over your shoulder I'll be even further behind than you Paul, I can scarce find time to log on these days let alone get on with my model (though I did do more main-deck planking today - will it ever end!). Fine work there Markus, you must be approaching decision time on the swastikas; I recognise that this is not the same problem for us non-German builders as it is for you, but do please share your thoughts with us on this if you can. David
