WEEK 4 !!: Still going strong, but not rid of the suffering yet. My free holiday is booked as my friend lived up to his promise. Me and wife will be on our second honeymoon from 3 - 10 October in Durban on the beach front. Must say, in this "area" everything also suddenly "taste" better. ;D ;D ;D That will serve as my month celebration for achieving something I never thought possible. STOP SMOKING FOR A MONTH. Good luck Rob, I think it will be nice to have a co-sufferer in this forum, but I'm also sure that together we'll be stronger against the cravings.

Well, decided to up my quit date, put the patch on at 730am this morning, went through the work day and actually got quite abit done, even enjoyed the drive home, aside from the fact my car needs a good hoover, the wife picks her patchs up tomorrow, but she's not as bad as me, now to get that motor changed in my RTTL Vosper, back later.

Go for it Robert.
You must come and visit us here in SA so to have a go at those grapes in a bottle.
How's your wife's attempts with the patchs?

Will be out of the forum for a week as I'm leaving early in the morning for Durbs.
My final celebration for kicking the habit.
Thereafter I must start to save the money.

Keep the money you save separate from everything else - otherwise you won't appreciate it.
