Thanks skyfire..... i looked at the thread markus has made for the prices for the three motor set. still convused, i added up 580 Euro?? does this sound right??? or are they prices for different ways to do the R/C? do you think my local model shop would have the parts or could get hold of them?
Plus my hull is coverd with the first layer and might be trcky to make the middle hole for the middle shaft, but spose i could make a hole and re cover it?
Thanks

It does seem expensive, but Markus might be able to enlighten us on the correct prices. It can still be cut out, swanrail did his that way, If you have a dremel with a cutting disc it is a lot easier.

Hi Markus How much for the 3 motor drive set minus the motors, (as I already have them) and the brass propellors, (maybe with inserts) and rudders. Not sure wether to get the esc's and v-mixer + pair of y-cables needed for v-mixer or not. Going for 3 motor control, so might need them, (well the v-mixer anyway).

minus motors 20 euro off
minus bracket 10 euro off _____________________
brass props 50 euro
rudders 20 euro
inserts 5 euro _____________________
shipping 10 euro
if you intend to use a v-mixer you'll need 3 esc's and 2 y-cables , too

I have the Tamiya Yamato in 1/350 scale, any ideas on what type of motors could go in it. There is a battery box molded into the bottom of the hull for 4 D cell batteries. Length: 751mm Beam: 110mm

basically it's a 3 motor setup minus:
- center motor - center esc - 2nd y-cable
i'll ask robert for a drawing, so you'll soon find the wiring diagram in 'robert's drawings'

Can you do me a price list, how can i say it, price for the basic two motor (got motors as per our last transaction) with a view to upgrading adding to it. ok, here's your missing parts ____________________________________________________ set 1 (without v-mixer): 140 euro speed controller 30A for 2 motors 30 euro servo mith mounting set and steel wire 10 euro NiMH cell 1,2V 4500mAh 5 pcs. 50 euro 2 channel FM radio control set 40 MHz 50 euro ____________________________________________________ set 2 (including v-mixer): 210 euro 2 speed controllers 30A 60 euro y-cable 10 euro v-mixer 30 euro servo mith mounting set and steel wire 10 euro NiMH cell 1,2V 4500mAh 5 pcs. 50 euro 2 channel FM radio control set 40 MHz 50 euro ____________________________________________________ cells soldered incl. main switch + 10 euro cells 9000mAh instead of 4500 + 20 euro ____________________________________________________ the cheapest way to motorize the main guns is using 4 mini servos and 2 y-cables, simply plugged into ch3/ch4 (45 euro) in this case you'll need a 4ch radio control instead of 2ch (+ 20 euro) markus
