Oh wow..
Looking at the top most door on the side, it looks like it comes as one piece ie the door and the eyebrow above it? Do they say to cut and separate those two or just glue it as one piece? just curious.

Thanks everyone,
and Rod that door does come in one piece and the instructions don't specify whether or not to seperate the eyebrow, the photos in them show it exactly the same way, so I guess it looks like that on the real Bissie

Hi everyone, my Laptop had the blue screen of death a few weeks back and it was in repair for about 2 weeks so it took me a while to catch up with everything going on on the site, but I think i've managed it I've cracked on Bissy a bit more today, done a few odd bits here and there so here they are.. these were a complete nightmare.. the central bits (not sure what they are) wouldn't bend properly, so after about half an hour of pondering and trying different things I decided to do this.. I cut the sides off and glued them in place first, then added the top. This allowed to be the proper width and they still look ok when finished. Also finished the bridge structure And finally the mast

Well lads more photos will be delayed....I had an accident with the bridge structure... whilst painting it it decided to detach itself from the stick i was using, and sort of....plummet to the ground I have managed to recover most of the parts, but unless i can find them all I shall have to reorder the Issue

Hi lads, havent been able to do much work on bissy for ages, too much college work, hence the lack of photos. Bit I havent been entirely dormant, managed to do one of the planes and finish off a few odd ends, some pics should be up soon, just need to get my new bedroom sorted and my desk then I can crack on

Go for it Daniel, we're eager to see your progress. How did your "treasure hunt" end up on finding the lost parts of the bridge structure?

I managed to find evry piece but one coenie, but luckily that piece is one of the tiny little steps that fit in the corner of one the side pieces so its not a huge loss

Well I've had a chance to catch up! My dad put my shelves up in my new room today and so I grabed at the chance....the bissy was up on that shelf quicker than you could say 'go', I've been so far behind I decided to see what I could get done. I managed to work my way through a number of small fiddly bits, and some larger ones too, and I repaired my bridge structure! I had to manufacture a replacement part though, it's not the best I could do but no one will notice it I have literally just started painting the first plane so more pictures tomorrow.. Finished the boat cradles, now I just to do the boats! It's fixed! just a bit of tidying up to do and it will look fine I'm leaving the hull for the moment until I can get re-equipt
