Hi guys,
Haven't been around for a few months but I am back and just started to get back into retreiving the barge from mothballs.
MARKUS.....I have modified the bow to the sharp cutting edge design and planked the front hull section reshaping the resin Bow blade. Everything is going excellent except fot the memory of how to get my images up and over to and from Imageshack.
I got some to I/S but whats next is the good thing SO hang in there and I brush away the cobwebs and get some photos posted of the Mods.
MARKUS.....wont be long now and I will be ordering stuff

Yeah looking good there mate. Glad you got your images sorted. Oh and you can post multiple images in one post btw, just do an enter between your codes.

Thanks for the comments guys and gal, watching everyone on the forum is great but frustrating when you cant find a tiny problem that stops you from uploading. We are at #27 and I should be finished first hull and deck but i have held off with the planking cos I am doing long planking and am moding the bow and the main central plank decking to ply.
I am just preping her to show you so I will post very shortly, now that it works for me too.
OH afkmatrix thanks for that little word "enter" I was sitting here going what the bloody &^%$#$^$#%& and suddenly you go "push enter" so yeah TA heaps.

Yeah its the little things that annoy you, as your sitting there thinking its gotta be something sooo simple. And yeah nice mod for your third prop, wish I had found this site sooner so I could have done that mod  |

I agree with you afkmatrix and sometimes it can be staring you right in the face as well. Still thinking of the 3 motor setup, (wonder if I can get the parts out here).

Skyfire,
you should follow the yellow brick road. Markus has done all the hard yards re the 3 prop entire setup. it leaves you free to install easily and not have brain fade working it out.It's a really neat package that I am definitely ordering. thats why I have gone to so much trouble with the hull prep.

I probaly would Bob if I had the funds, I'm not working right now so have to find other ways of finding the parts. Other problem I have is transporting the hull to 1 of the lakes here to run it. Specially as I catch the bus everywhere. So doubt it would get run very much. |
