OK you lot ....
I have looked and looked ....
Time to do something again.
There is one hell of a mess to clean up.
So I'll start with the easy stuff. Here are a couple of pics of the damage.
What can't be seen are all the bits I've lost and will need to scratch build.
Hand rails are not so bad, as they are still there and only need straightening. Few hours work with those.
The ammunition hoist is a mess .... rebuild required
But.... I have been doing some work on the blast bags on the 6" guns
They will turn out OK. No damage there.
And the Arado's survived intact.... woohoo
But we won't talk about the hangers or the flimsy boat racks.
Even the parivanes did OK.
So .... onwards and upwards.
still a good 12 months worth of work, excluding the decking.
